yeah, by young people I mean people around the age of 18-25, because we have two colleges and a university. It's a campus city!

Kingston Ontario?
Assuming we're talking about the same Kingston, then I think it's a wonderful city. On the small side, but it's full of young people (there are three campuses here, that's why) and it has a wonderful downtown and waterfront. I am thoroughly happy here!
